Call for Application for In-Service Teachers recommended by REB, for UR Undergraduate Programmes – Academic Year 2024-2025
Important Update: Application Deadline Extended to September 20, 2024
The Management of the University of Rwanda (UR) is pleased to invite In-Service Teachers recommended by REB to upgrade their level of studies to submit their applications not later than September 20, 2024.
Applications Guidelines:
Applications are submitted online through the following steps:
- Go to UR Website: www.ur.ac.rw and click on “Admission Section” at the main menu bar.
- Click on “Student Portal”
- Login in to “New Application” on the left side of the page to create a student account.
- Fill in the Biographical Information to generate a reference number and click “Save” at the end. The reference number will be generated, and a “Create a PIN” prompt will appear.
- Please record your reference number and PIN before taking any further steps.
- After generating a reference number, pay a non-refundable application fee of 5,000 Frw via URUBUTO University Interface using your reference number to the UR Account 00094-00637830-21 in Bank of Kigali or through MTN Mobile Money by dialing *775# and following instructions to pay through MTN Mobile Money.
- Please do not pay through BK Agents.
- After payment of the application fee, go to this link: https://esupport.ur.ac.rw/application/ for the Application form (Fill it and click on Submit at the end).
- Remember to submit all requested documents: A level Certificate, Results slip/Transcripts.
- Candidates who previously made their applications but did not register: Pay the application fee using your reference number that was previously generated from the UR online system and proceed with your application process.
