Job responsibilities
• Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components. • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. • Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. • Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware. • Operate master consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use. • Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records. • Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software. • Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes. • Confer with network users about how to solve existing system problems. • Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future. • Train people in computer system use Load computer tapes and disks, and install software and printer paper or forms. • Gather data pertaining to customer needs, and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements • Manages network operations • Analyze equipment performance records in order to determine the need for repair or replacement • Maintain logs related to network functions, as well as maintenance and repair records • Research new technology, and implement it or recommend its implementation • Maintain an inventory of parts for emergency repairs • Any other duties assigned by the superior in line with the job
Minimum qualifications

Job responsibilities
• Ensure the permanent secretarial services of the tender committee meeting; • With Support from user departments, prepare the tender documents in conformity with law requirements • Design public procurement plan; • Publish and distribute tender documents; • Receive and keep submitted bids in secure places; • Participate in the opening and evaluation of bids; • Prepare the letters for notification of tender awards; • Design the required reports on the tenders awarded; • Ensure the monitoring of contract execution with the service user, • Provide information and documentation required by the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority (RPPA) board; • Display on the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority’s notice board all information concerning the institution’s tenders; • Execute any other assignment specified in the regulations.

Job responsibilities
– Plan and execute revenue collections – Monitor and maintain revenue collection records – Develop and propose the procedures and practices for revenue collection – Is in charge for invoicing all services offered by the institute; – Provides all information requested by the client such as prices; – Ensure all payment proof on each revenue collected are available on time; – Prepare monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual summary report of overdue debt including recommendations on accounts receivable; – Assists accountant in payment process when necessary; – Performs any other tasks requested by the supervisor.
